On a recent Called to Coach, we spoke with Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Amit Gangal.

Amit Gangal started his career over 22 years ago in distributed control systems moving to FMCG and then managing projects and transformation programs in IT service management, delivery, consulting, and learning and development. He has worked with organizations like Hewlett-Packard, CSC, JL Morison and Infosys.

His clients have spanned industries from manufacturing to pharmaceuticals, retail, logistics, financial services and banking across US, Canada, Brazil, UK, Sweden, Germany, U.A.E, Jordan, and Qatar.

He has led behavioral competency development initiatives for large segments (over 60k employees), introduced behavioral programs which use technology-based gamification and developed diversity programs to help women managers attain leadership positions.

He has delivered programs to over 5k employees in design thinking, developing a consulting mindset and emotional intelligence.

He coaches senior managers and leaders to achieve their business and personal goals and is a certified practitioner of Gallup Strengths, ICF coaching competencies, Functional fluency (TIFF), MBTI, Dale Carnegie and Franklin Covey programs.
