We have Gallup experts and independent strengths coaches share tactics, insights and strategies to help coaches
maximize the talent of individuals, teams and organizations around the world.
The BP10 just passed 100,000 completes. It’s not 17 million like the CliftonStrengths assessment, but we’re on our way! About 60,000 of the 100,000 completes are students, with over 20 countries participating. We’re going to start running frequencies on the BP10 completes, we’ll be looking at prevalence. What is the number one builder talent? What is the most rare? Stay tuned for more data on that.
You may have noticed Gallup made some changes to the Strengths Center site; BP10 was taken off the top navigation and moved to the bottom. It makes it harder for people to find, but we’re completely re-doing and re-adding a separate website just for BP10 in quarter one, so it won’t be hard to find for long.
Coaches update on coaches insight report (CIRs). Of 200 coaches, about 40 are using CIRs so far. We can email anyone this protocol. From what we’ve heard, those who are using it are enjoying it and finding it useful. It’s posted on the BP10 facebook group and yammer now.
We had a really awesome BP10 Tuesday webinar series, they are all archived on the coaches blog and youtube channel. A lot of our academic friends are using that in the classroom. If you go to coaches.gallup.com there’s a section for BP10, where you can find webinars and other good resources.
Born to Build is the name of the new book Gallup is publishing to go with the BP10. We’re thinking to release it in quarter one next year. With the new book, comes the new website. It will all get revamped. The book is kind of aimed at students. It’s applicable across life’s journey, but mostly towards students. The first section is focused on self-awareness, the second is opportunity identification, the third is how to activate, and the fourth is if build out - how to get the right people around you. We’re in peer review now, look for it in quarter one!
A new BP10 coaching class is on the dockets, December 6-7th in Omaha. There is an auditor reviewer tuition, it will be half off for those who have been before. Go to courses.gallup.com to sign up for the class.
Listen to the full quarterly update on the youtube video or speaker audio above!
Registration is now open for the 2018 CliftonStrengths Summit! Register before December 7, 2017, to get early bird pricing.
