Thank you for joining us on our wrap party for Theme Thursday Season 2 today. With season 2 we started out with a new concept and idea. We delved deep into the love and intricacy of the theme, and we made you think very specifically about Theme Dynamics for all 34 themes. We talked a little bit more on how to invest in these themes. You are never done. There is so much more growth to happen within your own themes. Real strengths-based development opens up doors. It gives you the ability to talk about what those themes are in your sleep. Be willing to take a risk. Think about the insights available as you are coaching, or even working through these on your own. It is a perfect way to create great questions. Make time every week to connect with somebody consistent who can help you delve deeper into your themes. Everybody needs a coach. They need someone with a connection and confidence to help you really dig in. If you need a coach, or if you are interested in coaching we would be happy to connect you to one at Gallup Exchange.
Season 3 kicks off on January 19th! We have a lot up our sleeve for this upcoming season. New companion guides will be available for all 34 themes. Companion guides can be found at coaching.gallup.com for download, in our new Cvent events and also on Yammer for any of our certified strengths coaches. Season 3 we will talk a little bit more about these strengths with a leadership slant. Be sure to have a copy of Strengths Based Leadership handy. We will be talking about our strength- based leadership domains, which are often misunderstood. We will be starting off on this subject matter with a surprise guest, who may be one of the best coaches Gallup has ever had. We will be looking at how you use strengths with leadership. How do you get the most out of the human potential when looking at a leadership potential? For season 3 we are going to go domain by domain, alphabetical in that domain. We will be discussing what a person does with this theme as a leader. This will be not only a great resource for yourself, but it is also hugely applicable for those who are coaching leaders. As always, be sure to check out our coaching blog for great articles and resources for all of your coaching needs.
We want to give a huge thank you to all of you and your contributions. The Theme Thursday family is taking strengths to the world!
