[GWSW] Analytical: Seeking an Objective Understanding of the World

Analytical seeks an objective understanding of the world from data and facts. If something isn't measurable, Analytical will try to make it measurable. People with Analytical seek the essence of a subject. They can easily identify patterns and root causes. Their mantra might be, "Everything should be as simple as possible, but not simpler."

On this Theme Thursday webcast, we discussed the Analytical theme with Nate Dvorak, Gallup Researcher in Predictive Analytics. Nate's top five strengths are Individualization, Strategic, Ideation, Futuristic and Analytical.

Please register for our Analytical Webcast on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Please download the Theme Thursday Companion Guide for Analytical here to follow along with the show!
