[GWSW] Achiever: the Drive to do More

This is our first Gallup Weekly Strengths Wisdom ("GWSW") theme week -- and appropriately, we are starting with the theme of Achiever. Achievers get things done. They thrive on being busy and accomplishing tasks. It gives them energy. Most Achievers love to check off items on a list. They rarely have a "day off" and even consider their weekends to be an opportunity to complete a project. Some may call it a strong work ethic, an Achiever would call it their day-to-day reality.

On this Theme Thursday webcast, we discussed the Achiever theme with Scot Caldwell, a Gallup Learning Design Consultant. Scot's top five strengths are Maximizer, Achiever, Strategic, Self-Assurance and Focus. Please watch the video below or download the audio to hear how Scot uses Achiever in his everyday life.
