[Recap] EP10 Quarterly Update

On a recent EP10 Quarterly Update, we spoke with Gallup Global Channel Leader, Entrepreneurship and Job Creation, Todd Johnson.  








On November 20, 2015, the EP10 assessment was updated,  so it is more comparable to the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment. It is slightly shorter -- the number of questions was scaled down from over 140 to 111 items.  The remaining questions are thought-provoking and provide ample information for coaches and their clients to dissect. Eventually, this revised assessment will be translated into a number of different languages. 


Substantial changes are being made to EP10 materials and curriculum to support and launch this improved assessment. First, a new and insightful book on EP10 will be released in Q3 of 2016. Second, two-day, in-depth EP10 coaching courses are already scheduled for next year. These courses represent the best opportunity for coaches to learn, on a minute level, all of the ways EP10 can enhance a client's career and focus their entrepreneurial spirit. Also, along with the more basic EP10 assessment report -- coaches and their clients will soon be able to purchase "intensity reports." These intensity reports will contain a full page of action items on each entrepreneurial
