Strengths Spotlight Recap: Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder With Todd Johnson

On this edition of the Strengths Spotlight, we sat down to talk about Gallup’s new Entrepreneurial StrengthsFinder (ESF) with Todd Johnson.

ESF, which Gallup recently unveiled on the newly redesigned Gallup Strengths Center, is centered on the notion that entrepreneurship is the process of turning an idea into a customer.

Gallup designed ESF as a way to identify and develop an individual’s entrepreneurial talents. Individuals who complete the ESF assessment receive a list of 10 entrepreneurial characteristics customized in order of intensity for that individual. This gives entrepreneurs a way to determine the areas in which they thrive, and those areas of entrepreneurship in which they should seek complementary partnerships.

Take the ESF assessment today!

Todd is the Channel Leader of Entrepreneurship and Job Creation at Gallup. Todd received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in New York and his master’s degree from the London School of Economics; both degrees were earned with distinction.

I finally took my assessment today! Fascinating! I'm curious to know more. I was intrigued by some of the questions regarding access to entrepreneurial education, access to business loans and assistance, and other similar questions. Does Gallup plan to release that information out in reported form maybe by country, state, geographical area? I'm sure you do, is there a timeframe? As an economic developer, it would be really interesting and helpful to see that information. Thank you!
